LIVE AV PRODUCTION

The specialized audiovisual production for conferences and conventions emphasizes as its objective the clear and effective communication of information to be shared among delegates, speakers, and participants.

Live event production is carried out through the integration of the audiovisual and IT functions, operated from a central control hub or station usually located at the back of the room at center, left, or right, under the control of a professional producer who acts as the single point of contact between the organizing team and the operators of these technical systems.

It also involves pre-production (e.g., gathering and organizing content, generating online appointments, preparing digital RoS, training moderators, panelists, and other users) and post-production (video editing, file curation, content management and uploading).
