Video for a plenary room is generally designed with one, two, or more LED screens, with different configurations available for best covertage, informational or dramatic effects. Graphic content may be prepared by us or supplied by the client. Screens should be elevated to a favorable height to optimize visibility for participants in successive rows all the way to the back of themeeting space.

Here, “content is king.” The better the graphic content, backgrounds, video messages, and presentations, the better your ROE in technology.
